Arturo Checchi was an Italian painter born in Pisa, Italy, lived and worked in Florence, Italy. In 1898 she began the study of drawing with a private tutor and in 1902 for three years she attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence with the teacher Alfonso De Carolis.
